Our Story
Founded in New Jersey. Built for every school serious about getting better.
BetterEd Solutions was founded by Candido Brown in New Jersey in 2019 to bring a diagnosis-first discipline to school improvement.
The firm grew from a fundamental question: Why do some people, schools, and organizations recover, improve, and achieve at extraordinary levels while others remain trapped in repeated cycles of underperformance?
His experience in education and organizational performance shaped an approach grounded in evidence, adult development, and execution.
Rather than beginning with a predetermined training, product, program, or recommendation, BetterEd begins by listening, examining evidence, identifying root causes, and determining what the school actually needs.
BetterEd then works alongside the people responsible for implementation to strengthen leadership, instruction, culture, talent, enrollment, operations, capital, technology, and organizational capacity.
